Our smartphone technology allows you to ‘push’ messages to a smartphone of your customer, interact with the customer while he or she is in the store, let the customer use his or her phone as a loyalty card, and much more!

Bumbee allows you to connect and interact with your customer during their visit to your store; when they enter your store, during shopping in your store, and at checkout of your store.

1. Enter store

When a customer enters your store we enable you to send a ‘push’ message to their Bumbee enabled smartphone. This message can be anything you choose: a welcome message, your latest advertisement, a map or menu, questionnaire, etc.

2. Shopping

While your customer is shopping in your store you can interact with them in different ways. For example you can send them a push message (just like when they enter your store) with information, questions, or anything of your choosing. But you can also give your customers the opportunity to interact with you while they shop. For example you can enable them to send questions, comments, feedback, request coupons for sold out items, etc.

3. Checkout

Bumbee enables you to start a new loyalty or incentive program or link your current loyalty or incentive program. The advantage of Bumbee is that the customer needs no pass or other means of identification; Bumbee on their smartphone is enough. The loyalty and incentive program can be linked to anything from number of visits to your store, number of items bought, to the amount of money spent at your store.

100% verified

Different from other geo-location tools which use just GPS to confirm check-ins or visits we use our own verification technology by which we can be 100% certain a customer is actually in your store. This is important when you when incentives or loyalty programs are linked to Bumbee – in that case you need to be sure cheating isn’t possible.

Reports

Using Bumbee also means you get amazingly detailed reports about your customers. Not only information about they are in your store, but also if visit any other of your stores. You can use this information to gain valuable insight about your customer and how to better serve their needs.

Ease of use

Getting started and using Bumbee is extremely easy and straightforward. You can either start to use Bumbee with your own WiFi access station, or make it even easier and use the Bumbee Box which only needs internet access to start working. Additional set-up is done in your web browser with an easy to follow web interface.
