Bumbee offers a new layer of insight to your customer with amazingly detailed reports. Using the information gathered by Bumbee you can see how your customers interact during their visit to your store or venue.

If you install Bumbee at different stores or venues you can link the results so you can monitor what other stores your customer visits and if there are any differences in interaction.

Linking Bumbee information with a new or existing loyalty program gives you a new layer of insight to your customers never seen before; besides information about their purchase trends you can link it with number of visits, their interaction with advertising or special offers, and information from other locations or venues.

The Bumbee reporting is a web enabled tool and available in the Bumbee back-office. When Bumbee is used in different locations the administrator accounts have access to the reports and meta information from all locations or venues.
